As part of a broader joint effort to expand opportunities for young people in Mexico, Fundacion ProEmpleo will support 20 young people ages 16-29 with a business idea or early-stage venture. Through hands-on training, financial and digital tools, personalized guidance, and follow-up, they will strengthen their initiatives and move toward more sustainable sources of income.
For many young people in Mexico, entrepreneurship can open a path toward income generation and greater economic independence. But a good idea is not enough: limited knowledge of costs, pricing, finances, sales, digital tools, or planning can keep a venture from moving forward or becoming sustainable. Access to specialized guidance is still limited for those who are just getting started.
Fundacion ProEmpleo will support 20 young people ages 16-29 who have a business idea or an early-stage venture. Each participant will work on their own initiative to strengthen their value proposition, costs, pricing, finances, sales, marketing, and digital skills. Practical training, personalized guidance, and follow-up will help them move from ideas to concrete action.
The project will strengthen the ability of 20 young people to build economic opportunities from their own ideas and talents. By developing better-planned businesses, they can start or strengthen sources of income, increase their economic independence, and potentially create opportunities for others. Follow-up will track which ventures are launched, strengthened, and progressing toward sustainability.
