We will strengthen the personal, labor, and social development of 20 young people in vulnerable situations in Mexico who are in search of employment. We will provide a comprehensive training program that allows the generation of socio-labor, technological and administrative skills necessary for this new century, allowing young people to strengthen their confidence and increase the possibilities of joining a dignified and well-paid job.
Lack of opportunities, experience, and skills, due to school dropouts and areas not covered by educational institutions are part of the daily struggle to achieve better living conditions. More than 37 million young people live in Mexico, and a high percentage live at a disadvantage; 12.1 million have unfavorable labor conditions, 5.6 million do not study or work, and 6.5 million are in precarious jobs.
Through our Employability Workshop, we will train at least 15 young people in human development and employability: innovation, creativity, new technologies, and digital marketing. All with certified instructors to collaboratively solve real and relevant situations in the current labor environment; this will allow them to develop the cognitive, practical, and socio-labor skills necessary to overcome the challenges of the XXI century and insert themselves in the best way in the labor field.
The effects generated will be permanent because, having acquired the necessary knowledge and skills, young people will have more tools, providing them with more significant opportunities. They will be protagonists in constructing a more humane society, seeking to meet social needs, and overcoming difficulties to reduce poverty and strengthen capacities for productive work. Their growth will contribute to the development of their communities.
