Resilient in the face of change.

Dear donors and friends,
We are pleased to inform you about the most important achievements of this quarter at Hearts of Gold. Thanks to your invaluable support, we have conducted women's empowerment workshops that addressed key topics such as personal development, self-esteem building and economic independence. These sessions have had a positive impact, giving participants the tools and confidence to improve their lives and those of their loved ones. In addition to our commitment to female empowerment, we have organized various recreational activities for the children who are part of our programs. These activities, which include games, creativity workshops and sporting events, have provided a safe and fun environment, as well as fostering the children's social and emotional development. They have shown extraordinary enthusiasm and have formed friendships that strengthen their sense of community and belonging.
In Cuenca, Ecuador, we are facing an energy crisis that is profoundly affecting the daily life of the community. The lack of constant electricity supply has caused interruptions in various activities, increasing unemployment and making it difficult for businesses and essential services to function. This situation has also generated an atmosphere of greater insecurity, since the absence of light in certain sectors facilitates risky situations. The crisis not only affects the local economy, but also the well-being and tranquility of the families of Cuenca, who urgently await solutions to stabilize the situation and allow us to return to normality.
Your continued support has been essential to making these initiatives a reality. We are deeply grateful for your commitment to our mission and for helping to keep these life-changing programs moving forward. We will continue to work hard to provide more opportunities and resources to the women and children who depend on us. Together we are and make hearts of gold. Dear Donors and friends, We are pleased to share with you the highlights of the last quarter at Hearts of Gold. Thanks to your generous support, we have been able to offer empowerment talks for women, where we addressed essential topics such as personal development, self-esteem and economic independence. These sessions have had a positive impact, giving participants the tools and confidence to improve their lives and those of their families. In addition to our focus on women's empowerment, we have conducted a variety of recreational activities for the children who benefit from our programs. These activities, which include games, creative workshops and sporting events, have not only provided a safe and fun space for the children, but have also fostered their social and emotional development. The children have shown incredible enthusiasm and have created bonds of friendship that will strengthen their sense of community and belonging. Your continued support has been critical to the realization of these initiatives. Together we are strong, together we are the change

Dear Hearts of Gold family and friends, We write to you with deep appreciation for your generous contribution to our project. Your donation has made a truly significant impact on our organization and the people we serve.
Thanks to your unwavering support, during this quarter, we have been able to continue to provide comprehensive assistance in crucial areas such as social assistance, health, education, employment, child protection, emotional support and access to justice for each of our beneficiaries. In addition, we have focused on providing expert advice in each of these areas to effectively address the needs present.
Thanks to your continued support, our social entrepreneurship project, D'ELLAS CLEANING SERVICES, has continued to thrive. We are proud to report that we maintain a full schedule of daily contracts and have been able to integrate two new women this month, providing them with the opportunity to generate their own income. This is a significant step towards promoting gender equality and the well-being of our community, as well as a clear example of the positive impact we can make together.
Likewise, with great enthusiasm, we have managed to establish and start a new social enterprise "D'ELLAS MUJERES CREADORAS", a group composed of 20 adult women dedicated to cultivate and enhance their creative skills. Our main objective is to promote collaboration and mutual support among creative women, providing them with a space where they can share ideas, get inspired and grow together in different artistic creations.
Once again, we would like to express our sincere thanks for your generosity and for believing in our mission. You are that great impetus to move forward in our commitment to create a better world for all.
