YATOSHA TALENT transforms the talents of displaced youth and children into engines of employment, dignity and peace. With support of USD 68,000, 100 innovative micro-projects or talents in agro-ecology, residual agricultural biomass, music, sports, art and culture are being launched by 70 displaced/idle youth and 30 children. Coaching, technical support, hybrid conferences and integration into village savings and credit associations strengthen their autonomy and community resilience.
Deborah, 18 years old, young and unemployed, could no longer pursue her passion for art due to lack of support. Dozens of vulnerable girls and young widowed mothers affected by mining-related disasters, internal displacement and exposure to sexual and gender-based violence remain excluded from economic, sporting and cultural opportunities. YATOSHA TALENT transforms these talents into levers for employment, resilience and lasting peace in the area at high risk of sexual and gender-based violence.
By supporting 100 micro-enterprises created by displaced/unemployed young women, YATOSHA TALENT transforms their talents into sources of income: agro-ecology, biomass, sports, art & culture. Each contribution finances a micro-project or talent, coaching, technical support and access to savings networks. Your donations become levers of resilience, employment and sustainable peace. Supporting the preparation and peaceful growth of children's innovative knowledge.
By supporting 100 micro-talents led by displaced/idle young women, YATOSHA TALENT creates a sustainable dynamic: independent income, valued talents and strengthened economic integration. This model strengthens community cohesion, reduces aid dependency and lays the foundations for lasting peace where these actors actively contribute to their local development. Contributing to reducing unemployment and social vulnerability, particularly GBV and discrimination risks among young girls in the region
