Give AI & Digital Skills to 1000 Deprived Youth

On 9th and 11th June 2026, Anudip Foundation, in partnership with Accenture, inaugurated two Model Centres, Center of Excellence for AI, in Kolkata and Coimbatore. Together, these two metro cities anchor Anudip's reach from the east to the south of India, ensuring that the benefits of advanced technology training extend well beyond the usual hubs.

These centers are built specifically to prepare underserved youth for the AI era, with courses covering artificial intelligence, data science, cloud computing, and cybersecurity, skills employers are urgently seeking and the ones that today's youth risk being locked out of without deliberate, targeted support.

The inaugurations were attended by senior government officials and corporate leaders, affirming a shared commitment to building India's future workforce from its most marginalised communities.

What Makes These Centres Different

91% of Anudip's learners come from families earning less than Rs. 20,000 a month. The CoEs are designed around them, not as an afterthought, but as their founding purpose.

• Role-aligned training: Every course is built around real hiring pathways, not generic modules, so graduates are job-ready from day one.
• Industry co-creation: A corporate advisory board of leading employers directly shapes the curriculum, keeping it current with what the market needs.
• Women-forward design: The CoEs target 40% women participation through flexible scheduling and bilingual course delivery.
• Support beyond the classroom: Learners receive access to gig opportunities, peer mentorship, and post-placement support to help them stay and grow in their careers.

The Road Ahead

Through these Centres of Excellence, Anudip aims to train youth across emerging technology domains including IT services, BPO, and NBFC roles. For the communities we serve, a CoE is not simply a training centre. It is a doorway to the digital economy.
