This project will train 1,000 youth from low-income, rural communities through our hybrid learning centers in AI, full-stack development, software testing, data visualization, MS Office, and basic networking and security. With an industry-aligned curriculum and strong corporate partnerships, we will connect at least 550 of these learners to sustainable, tech-driven employment.
Millions of young Indians from low-income and rural backgrounds are graduating with diplomas or degrees, yet remain unemployable in the modern digital economy. Their local institutions don't equip them with the AI and tech skills demanded by today's job market, leaving them excluded from opportunities in the fastest-growing sectors.
We address the disconnect between education and employability by equipping underprepared graduates with industry-relevant digital and AI skills. Our model ensures they not only learn but also gain access to real job opportunities through direct placement support.
The project will improve the employability of 1,000 under-resourced youth by equipping them with industry-relevant digital skills, leading to increased income and economic mobility. Over time, this will reduce rural unemployment and strengthen the tech talent pipeline by including first-generation learners from excluded communities.
