The Foundation's Woodworking Workshop aims to prevent school dropout among children and adolescents facing personal, family, and social challenges. Through a safe, creative, and motivating environment, participants learn basic woodworking techniques while developing essential socio-emotional skills. Each project they build strengthens their self-esteem, confidence in their abilities, perseverance, and teamwork.
In Chile, many children face challenges that affect their ability to remain in school. Factors such as low motivation, family difficulties, poor self-esteem, and the lack of opportunities to develop their skills increase the risk of school dropout. Creating meaningful opportunities that build confidence, support learning, and encourage personal and social development is therefore essential.
Our Woodworking Workshop provides a hands-on learning methodology that motivates students through tangible experiences of creativity and achievement.
