The WIWA Project successfully completed an intensive, international professional development cohort featuring 25 participants drawn from 6 countries across the globe. This transformative training was made possible through the generous sponsorship of Agile Enterprise, who provided the entire program free of cost to participants.

The comprehensive capacity-building experience was delivered virtually via Google Meet across two core components (6 hours each):

• CPD Accredited Awakening Readiness Workshop: A professional development course grounded in the Listening for Value approach, valued at $800 USD per participant. Led by Professor T. Casey LaFrance of Western Illinois University, the course trained participants to treat listening as an active driver of value creation through three core tools:
  • Mapping the Conversation: Examining how meaning moves between people and identifying points where intent or value is misunderstood.
  • Finding the Listening Constraint: Identifying structural and psychological barriers that interfere with understanding and finding practical ways to remove them.
  • The Lens Check: Uncovering the assumptions and interpretive frames individuals bring to conversations to invite inquiry and test understanding.
• Project Business Professional (PBP) Certification: Building upon the workshop, 10 participants successfully earned their official Project Business Foundation certification, a credential valued at 1,000 Euros per candidate.

Strategic Value & Return on Investment

While acquiring these professional credentials and CPD aaccredited training normally represents a substantial financial investment for non-profit and community leaders, the full cost was entirely absorbed through our partnership with Western Illinois University and Agile Enterprise. This initiative directly equipped our global cohort with advanced leadership frameworks, practical diagnostic tools such as analyzing organizational readiness and trust dynamics, and internationally recognized credentials—substantially amplifying our capacity to drive sustainable community and organizational development.
