The High Value of Building Pride in the Workplace
What makes staff of an organization proud of their workplace? Is question generated and directed by the research conducted by the team of Kole Intellectual Forum and they are in the process of implementation.
Of course, the study revealed that to have a good outcome as a result of employees’ pride at his/her workplace; the managers of that particular organization should learn to have:
