The responsibility of the end users - procurement
Kole Intellectual Forum is one Non-profit organization respects the responsibility of users in the in whatever they ate going to procure for them. To them, the key elements of the end user's role in the procurement process are to: adequately define the user's needs (including determining estimated requirements/quantities, specifications), identifying minimum and desirable elements and ensuring that there is adequate consultation with users and their representatives at the organization level. Before they procured sewing machines for their students (the end users) they were force to move with their students to the various shops to verify the types, quality, and the make that should have been procure for them,. It was not until the consensus was reached that was when the 6 sewing machines were procure for the 6 students as you can observed.
The organization is therefore grateful to its donors that: because of your continuous support you have made them to give value to the seven Principles of Procurement; that is,
• Accountability. ...
• Competitive Supply. ...
• Consistency. ...
• Effectiveness. ...
• Value for Money. ...
• Fair-dealing. ...
• Integration. ...
• Integrity.
Thank you for your Always support to Kole Intellectual forum
