Moving Research in the Classroom
With the hope of investigating into the systematic inquiry into the teaching and learning to promote quality, sustainable and potential education in public primary school in Kole District in Northern Uganda; the team of Kole Intellectual Forum is moving their research work deep in the classroom to determine how quality, sustainable and potential education can be achieved in this difficult area that children had been performing poorly.
Previously, the organization had conducted the research (the actionable one) and the findings were disseminated to the educational stakeholders of Kole District and a great improvement were realized within the district’ particularly in the schools where the organization had been working.
The organization therefore intends to improve on its performance in the same area by collecting more data; hoping the Centre of implementation will be done at the Institute of Home Economics if the building is fully completed

practical sharing meals between staff and students
Sharing successes is one of the more common facets to Kole Intellectual Forum's modern life. The organization believes that: when they share with each other the moments of the past, present and the future expectation; they assume that, by sharing your excitement and your successes, you naturally grow the bond between you and those you share things with and grow with a lot of experiences in life not only to you but to all.
In the process of sharing each other's moments of life, the Instructors of Kole Inttellectual Forum together with their students learnt that: from among them, there are a lot of members among them who were great thinkers and innovators that can move the world to another level of thoughts.
Hence, in the process of training their students at the Institute of Home Economics, they are valuing sharing of ideas as the most of the students' growth.

Caltivating the concience of Self-Reliance
With aim of empowering out of school girls to relie on themselves; to make them help themselves through difficult moment; trust themselves in what they are doing; be a friend to themselves; accept themselves; build inner self confindence; make their own decisions; have their own values; generally speaking, to have self-reliance to themselves; Kole Intellectual Forum has been using three basic keys to impact the everlasting skills on these girls; that is, 1) the key to know how to Develop Self-Reliance, 2) accepting yourself, and, 3) being your own best friend. ...
In the training at the Institute of Home Economics, the organizational program advocated for the: Thinking Independently, that gives ones ability to think autonomously and trusting their own instinct. ...; embracing their own individuality as they become more of a practical example and, by striving towards their own goals, Bravely.
Self-Reliance is among the advocacies for successes Kole Intellectual Forum is caltivating to their students.
