Schools in the remote conflict affected areas of Pakistan are extremely in poor condition. Whiteboard which is the basic learning facility is in pitiable condition. This project aims to improve education of 4800 students by equipping their classrooms with whiteboards so that they can read and write well.
Schools in the remote conflict affected areas of Pakistan are in extremely poor condition. In these schools, teaching is traditional. Only two learning tools are used; a text book and a blackboard. However, unfortunately, the blackboard is so rough and faded that neither writing nor reading is easy for teacher and students. This problem very much adversely affects the learning of children. This project intends to replace the unworkable blackboards with whiteboards for 4800 students.
Literate Masses equips vulnerable schools with quality whiteboards. Teachers and students can read and write clearly and easily. Learning highly improves and children enjoy their studies. People and the government realize the importance and impact of quality whiteboards and hence the trend propagates even across the country.
The project directly improves the learning of 4800 students even in a single year. Once the high impact of the project is realized, the government and the masses will definitely ensure quality whiteboards in classrooms and hence learning is improved for millions of children.
