Dear friends of Fundación Proyecto de vida:

Every month is an opportunity to grow, learn, and keep building a more just world for children, youth, and their families. Over the past three months, we’ve shared experiences that reminded us of the power of words, of meeting one another, and of collective commitment to life and care. Today, we want to share a few of these moments with you—made possible thanks to your generous support.

In Usaquén, in collaboration with Juguemos en el Bosque, we visited Fundación Razas Únicas for a volunteer day. The children and youth bathed the dogs, fed them, played with them, and learned about caring for and respecting animals. It was an experience that strengthened empathy, responsibility, and love for all living beings.

In Soacha, we held our monthly Parent Workshop, this time focused on the importance of language in parenting. Together, we reflected on how to build more sensitive, inclusive, and harmonious ways of speaking that nurture family bonds at home.

In Ciudad Bolívar, the Bogotá Botanical Garden invited us to take care of our territory through dialogue and action. We walked along La Trompeta Creek, exchanged knowledge, and wove together ideas to strengthen our relationship with water and respond as a community to the challenges of climate change.

These activities bring our project’s purpose to life: promoting well-being, nurturing learning, and creating spaces where children, youth, and families strengthen bonds, care for their environment, and build more inclusive, compassionate communities.
