Butterbean has testicular cancer. He needs YOUR help. While being treated for the testicular tumor, Butterbean developed a leg infection. Antibiotics weren't helping so Dr. Speer at Medical Center For Birds performed a procedure to flush the infection out. Repeat x-rays showed improvement in the leg but no improvement in the tumor. The hormone implant that Butterbean received 2 months ago appears to have stopped working and Dr. Speer feels that testicular surgery is needed sooner than we anticipated.
We are NOT giving up. Butterbean charms every peprson that meets him. He is a young, happy boy that loves to swim, loaf around, and he enjoys the company of people and other ducks.
We need to raise another $2500 to get Butterbean through surgery. Will you donate?
We are grateful for all of you and we appreciate your support. Please share Butterbean's story and together we can make a difference for him.
