We look after 575 underprivileged kids from the lower Himalayas - education inclusive of nutrition, healthcare and more, books, uniforms and exposure. But summers are here and they just don't drink much water! So.. how about a Steel flask? It's durable, NON-PLASTIC and good for summer and winter both! The theme for World Water Day 2019 is 'Leaving no one behind'. Please help us encourage the habit, and keep them fresh through the day, all year round? Gift a kid a non-plastic bottle :)
Our location experiences extremes of weather and hard water is an issue that our students face. While ROs and water-coolers have been placed at strategic locations, this does not translate to a healthy water drinking habit. Consequently, this results in dehydration and thus fatigue during a school day.
By providing each child a flask that can retain the original temperature and quality of the water as it was bottled, the child will be able to sip at will - thus staying hydrated through the 10 hour day of classroom study, participation in a host of activities, and just being a kid!
Inculcation of the healthy habit of keeping oneself hydrated - for physical strength and mental alertness, all through the day.
