In Mangochi the project Water for All is proceeding successfully and the activities are increasing day after day.
Thanks to your donations we are providing new machines to the families of the village.
Last trimester we have achieved buying 30 pedal pomps and we have supported 8 families buying seeds and fertilizer, important for the corn crop and the vegetables sowing.
The purchase of facilities will help families improve and enlarge the harvest during the year as a result of the usage of innovative agricultural tools and methods. Thus, this will led to an improvement of the nutritional safety and the decrease of illness connected to malnourishment.
According to Padre Kimu, our local referee, Mangochi villagers are progressively gaining the possibility to sell their surplus and therefore, earn money and economic self-sufficiency.
