Challenge

In Aparis , a devastating cycle of rural poverty forces high numbers of young people to drop out of school. Lacking formal education, practical skills, these youth face extreme underemployment, severe economic vulnerability. For young girls, this systemic lack of opportunity frequently leads to early marriages, teenage pregnancies. Without a targeted intervention, these vulnerable youth remain trapped in generational poverty, unable to secure stable livelihoods or achieve financial independence

Solution

Project delivers hands-on vocational training, comprehensive business starter kits directly to vulnerable youth, school dropouts. We provide practical, market-driven skills in high-demand trades alongside foundational entrepreneurship training. Upon completion of the program, each graduate receives a specialized business starter kit equipping them with the physical tools ,resources necessary to instantly launch their own small businesses, generate immediate income, build resilient, livelihoods

Long-Term Impact

By empowering up to 150 youth with vocational skills, this initiative permanently breaks the cycle of rural poverty and reduces early marriage rates. Graduates will transition from economic dependency to self-reliant business owners capable of supporting themselves and their families. In the long term, this project stimulates the local economy by creating new jobs, fostering grassroots entrepreneurship, establishing a generation of economically empowered young leaders.
