Local fresh fruit processing is one of the ways FORUDEF assist local women and raises income to sustain her charity activities for local communities. This project began in 2012 and has supported local women and girls to raise income for school and upkeep. So far, about 120 women/girls have been trained and FORUDEF continues to process juice for livelihood.
The picture below shows Susan and Lucy busy processing juice from pineapple and pawpaw.
