Once again Using Sport For Social Change, in conjunction with the St. John Community Foundation and the St. John Parks and Recs Department are in the midst of planning the 9th annual Just Play Event to be held October 9th in Cruz Bay, St. John. As always, the event is free for anyone 5-17 years of age. Of course, we can always use volunteers to!
On another note, the planning of the 1st annual St. John Picnic is still underway. To be held in October of 2018, in conjunction with the 10th annual Just Play event. THE ST. JOHN PICNIC is looking for local food and craft vendors, local entertainment of all kinds, youth ensembles, historical speakers and local musicians. We are also seeking sponsorships from businesses who are interested in being the official sponsor of this event.
Sponsorship opportunities for the 1st Annual "St. John Picnic". A day for families of St. John to gather together up at Estate Susannaberg with their picnic lunch and enjoy entertainment from the island such as musical acts, children’s dance groups and choirs, games for the whole family, food and local craft booths, etc. Not to mention the beautiful scenery.
In conjunction with the St. John Community Foundation, and the St. John Parks and Rec Department, We are currently seeking sponsors for this annual event to be held in October, 2018, from 11:30am-4:30pm. Below are the details concerning this year’s sponsorship levels:
• $5,000- Official Sponsor: Your company logo to appear on all advertising materials and listed as “The Official Sponsor”
• $2,000 - Gold Medal: Your company name and logo in large print on all advertising materials
• $1,000 - Silver Medal: Your company name and logo in medium print on all advertising materials
• $500 - Bronze Medal: Your company name (only) in small print on all advertising materials
