Everyone is invited to the 1st Annual St. John Picnic, to be held on September 30th, 11:00am-4:00pm

Bring your family!
Bring your picnic and/or buy from the local food vendors
Enjoy games for all ages
Enjoy local music and entertainment

A benefit for Using Sport For Social Change-

Let's bring the community of St. John, USVI together in celebration of our past, and build towards our future!

In conjunction with the St. John Community Foundation, The St. John Parks and Recs department, this will be a day for St. John families to gather together up at Estate Susannaberg with their picnic lunch and enjoy free entertainment from the island such as musical acts, children’s dance groups and choirs, games for the whole family, enjoy local food and craft booths, etc. Not to mention the beautiful scenery. We believe that bringing the community together in this way would provide a platform for encouraging people to build new friendships, break down social barriers and start to build a stronger community through caring.

We are currently looking for a few sponsors to help with this event as there are always costs associated with doing things in the right way. Donations are also accepted through the St. John Community Foundation. We would also like to hear from any entertainment groups that would like to showcase their talents. It is also our dream to see the local churches involved as well to promote fellowship and harmony through their word and music. So please contact us at stjohnpicnic-info@yahoo.com if you are interested in providing entertainment, craft and food booths games etc. This will be a free event and can be attended by anyone with a smile and hope for our island's future!
