This project provides urgent medical support to the most vulnerable Syrians inside Syria and Syrian refugees in Turkey who cannot afford treatment. Donations will help cover emergency surgeries, medicines, diagnostic tests, transportation, and essential recovery needs, with priority given to children, critical patients, and families without stable income.
Vulnerable Syrians inside Syria and refugees in Turkey face severe barriers to healthcare because of poverty, displacement, damaged services, inflation, and unstable income. Many delay treatment because they cannot afford medicines, tests, transportation, or surgery. As conditions worsen, children and critically ill patients face preventable complications, disability, or death.
SEMA will identify the most urgent and vulnerable cases in Syria and among Syrian refugees in Turkey and provide direct support based on documented medical needs. Funding will cover emergency surgeries, medicines, consultations, diagnostic tests, hospital treatment, transportation, and limited recovery essentials needed to complete treatment safely.
Timely care will prevent avoidable complications, reduce pain, and protect vulnerable Syrians from disability and life-threatening illness. By helping patients recover, the project will also ease the financial burden on families, improve their ability to work and care for their children, and strengthen their dignity, stability, and resilience.
