Provide 50,000 medical services (medical consultations, dental interventions, detection of diabetes mellitus, dry chemistry, detection of breast cancer, ultrasound to pregnant women and electrocardiograms) in Mexico to 10,000 persons. They are located in rural and indigenous communities of high marginalization and difficult access. The execution will be carried out through two Mobile Units close to the population, focused on the prevention, detection and treatment of ailments.
For many people in highly marginalized and difficult-to-access areas specially in Oaxaca, Campeche, Chiapas, Tabasco, Puebla, Morelos and Veracruz, it is very difficult for them to have access to institutional medical services. With the support of two itinerant Mobile Medical Units we will be able to assist the population in the prevention, detection and treatment of diseases
The two Mobile Medical Units will work with a medical, dental, nursing and health promotion team from Monday to Friday, staying in each location for 8 hours a day, providing medical services for medical consultations, dental interventions, detections of diabetes mellitus, dry chemistries to targeted patients, breast cancer screenings with ultrasound, ultrasound to pregnant women and focused electrocardiograms.
The project will execute 50,000 medical services distributed among 10,000 people, focused on the prevention, detection and treatment of diseases, reducing deaths in pregnant women and people with breast cancer, diabetes mellitus, heart problems, dental interventions and newborns.
