Project update (interim report)
By Inna Starchikova | Project Leader
This project is still at an early stage, and we have not yet received donations.
At the same time, we are continuing preparatory work to ensure the model can be effectively implemented once initial support is secured. This includes engaging with interested communities, refining the approach based on previous experience, and preparing the groundwork for resident-led funding cycles.
We are currently focused on building readiness so that even the first contributions can trigger meaningful impact and demonstrate how communities can move from aid dependency to sustainable development.
We will continue to share updates as the project progresses and as we begin to engage initial supporters.

Interim Project Update: Preparing for Launch
By Inna Starchikova | Project Leader
We appreciate your interest in our project and would like to share a brief update with you.
At this stage, we are still in the fundraising process. Unfortunately, no donations have yet been received for this project through the GlobalGiving platform. Since our model allows us to begin implementation step by step, we do not need to wait for the full funding amount; however, we do need to reach a minimum threshold of $600 to launch the first activities.
Together with our local community team, we are refining the resident-led funding model, coordinating with partners, and preparing all technical steps so the first community cycle can begin immediately once the minimum funds are raised.
For transparency, all future donations and expenses will be tracked through a dedicated public bank account used exclusively for GlobalGiving funds, allowing supporters to independently review all transactions.
Your contributions (of any size) will bring us closer to starting activities and providing essential support to the communities. As soon as we meet the minimum funding requirement, we will begin implementation and share the first results.
