Dear Friend,
Warmest greetings and Happy New Year to you. We hope that this New Year will also bring the best opportunities for us to work with those who are affected by disaster and climate change problems. This reporting period we continue to provide relief and recovery initiative to those affected by the tropical storm. Storms and calamaties are happening in greater strength and succession compared to few years ago and the problem exacerbates the already difficult circumstance of local population. There is a need for us to employ sustainable strategies in order for affected families to recover quickly and stablize their situation. We are able to provide relief supplies to 120 families thanks also to local supporters who helped us. Hoping for your continuing support to our initiative. Thank you very much.
Very sincerely yours,
Cora Sayre
Dear Friend,
Warmest greetings and thank you very much for your generous support to our initiative helping poor families affected by Tropical Storm Megi. Tropical storms are occuring in great frequency this time and this is caused by climate change and global warming. The need to provide pro-active relief and recovery support is imperative and we are doing our best in order to assist those in dire need. The need for shelter repair together with food supply is always the top priority. This is because in terms of shelter most of houses of poor families are made of light materials and are easily blown away with the occurrence of typhoon or even with bad weather condition. Thank you so much for your generous support and hoping that you will continue to help us.
Very sincerely yours,
Cora Sayre
