As we reach the end of the current project phase in late June, we’re happy to share some really positive news with you. An ongoing evaluation is showing very satisfying results: The children have felt safe and comfortable in the children's center, which has now even reached its full capacity. That’s a clear sign that the need is great – and that our offer is being well received. Over the past few months, we’ve also started offering tutoring for vulnerable teenagers to help them prepare for their final exams in secondary school – a new addition that’s been very well appreciated.
During the summer, we’ll continue to offer a special program at the center – providing fun, structure, and a change of pace for vulnerable children and teenagers who don’t have many other options during the break.
Looking ahead to September, we’ll be entering a new phase of the project. Our goal is to keep supporting children and youth throughout the next school year – helping them catch up on their learning and process their experiences in a safe and caring environment.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported this work so far. Your donations truly make a difference. We’d be incredibly grateful for any further support to help us keep the children’s center running and growing!
With gratitude,
