We are delighted to announce that in June, we successfully launched our “Trauma Relief and Education” project for war-affected children in Dnipro, Ukraine! Thanks to generous donations like yours, 100 children and teenagers can participate in the special summer program at our children’s center. Over the next few weeks, they will receive much-needed psychosocial care, educational support, and valuable time to play with their peers.
The children’s center in Dnipro addresses the needs of traumatized children, most of whom had to flee their homes due to the Russian war of aggression. Providing them with a safe space to learn, heal, and play is crucial.
The summer program will run until September, spanning three intensive months. We expect that during this time, most children will receive the necessary support to close their educational gaps and address their trauma. Those who continue to need additional care will be welcomed into the next project phase, which will support another 100 children and teenagers starting in September.
Please help us raise the necessary funds for the next project phase (September – December) and provide vital support to another group of 100 children. Your donation, post on social media or hint to your work colleague are essential to give these children a brighter future.
Thank you for your ongoing support and trust in our work. Together, we can make a lasting difference in the lives of many young people.
