We help disadvantaged women face their job search with the confidence, clothing and tools to get hired. Due to the pandemic, our services are more important than ever. Our Sweat for Success team is running to support 43 women transition from welfare to the work. Runners will run the iconic (virtual) City2Surf between 17-24 October; selecting and tackling their own 14k route. We've had to cancel several fundraising events due to lockdown in Australia - please help give our team a boost!

For the first time in history, we are in a global "She-cession" - an economic downturn where job and income losses are affecting women more than men. The statistics from our recent COVID-19 client impact survey highlight that the need for our career and dressing support is greater than ever: 66% of our clients are not receiving an income, 51% are finding it difficult to afford groceries and 29% are at risk of losing their housing due to income/job loss.

These funds will support an additional 43 women transition from welfare to work. We provide a holistic suite of services and programs to assist women in their search for employment; from professionally styling to career support.

Long-Term Impact

Our programs and services aim to change women's lives by instilling confidence, restoring dignity and building resilience; supporting them to find employment and achieve financial empowerment. Furthermore, securing a job strengthens families and shapes communities.
