We started this New Year with a new center SUPERATEC-CDI Catia La Mar in Vargas state. The inauguration of the center was the past November 2013 and all the crew is exciting to work with technology. In Catia La Mar we are working with the social organization Salud y Familia (Health and Family) and its work is based in providing health services and work with the Parent School. They have plenty of experience working with the communities around the center and the education in technology was the missing part in their beautiful place. Catia La Mar is located nearby the coast, at north of the country. This is our second center in Vargas state and that it means we are growing up! Our main goal this year is reach more communities all around our country and this center is just the beginning. This year we are expecting the opening of 5 new center in different states. It is the great challenge for us and finally we are spreading our vision in order to improve communities and people through technology and employability. During 2013 we certificated over 2,300 youth and people from the communities around of our 11 centers in Venezuela. We offered 44 courses about technology, personal development and job inclusion. People of all kind has attended our courses and we are really impressed with our elders and how well they have been integrated with new technologies. We are planning to inaugurate our next center in February in Miranda state. As you can realize, we have plenty of work this year. So 2014, bring it on!
