Dear donor,
‘Transform the lives of 5 entrepreneurs in Colombia’ aims to support 5 micro entrepreneurs with disabilities in Medellín, Colombia.
So far, thanks to your support, the 5 families managed to realize the potential of their small business for the wellbeing of their families and local market. With thorough plans to grow on a long term, they are now ready to take their business further.
The struggle with social inclusion continues every day, but their projects keep them going. Their strong desire to overcome their reality, to provide their children with a decent way of life and to prove to society that there is a lot more beyond a physical condition, help them to move forward. It’s not easy, but it brings them the joy of creating, appreciation for their work and the pride of being able to support their families and send their children to school.
We remind you that for this project, Interactuar partnered with Amigos con Calor Humano Association to help transform the lives of these people. This way, we provide them the knowledge and training needed to develop their projects. Thanks to your support, we are able to offer them a comprehensive support, enhancing their capacities to strengthen their businesses and supporting them to achieve their autonomy and independence.
Note: ‘Transform the lives of 5 entrepreneurs in Colombia’ is part of the Together for Colombia campaign that we developed in order to raise awareness on the social and economic reality of this country and involve the international community in changing it to the better.
