When Anderson started his second year as a PEP, he was afraid of the new challenges he would face. It was a different classroom, where the students had a context and experiences that generated difficulties in the classes. However, Anderson started visiting the parents, and he noticed the reasons and difficulties that they have and what the kids have different reactions to.
In the same way, he established personalized spaces with each student to build trust, especially with those who had behavioral problems. In this way, Anderson had the purpose of improving coexistence in class and hopes students see him as a familiar figure, whom they can rely on, but also that it will correct some aspect and show the importance of respect. This strategy has made students more autonomous and comply with the rules. Also helped improve the way they receive their knowledge because, with trust and working together, a comprehensive education can be achieved.
