This project aims to train 100 vulnerable women in Goma in liquid and solid soap making to strengthen their economic empowerment. The training will last three months and will cover production, small business management, and marketing. The women will receive basic equipment and production workshop. The project aims to create micro-enterprises and generate income for the women and their families.
Vulnerable women in Kanyaruchinya, a neighborhood of Goma, face significant challenges: Displacement and precarious living conditions, many are internally displaced due to armed conflict. Lack of access to education and training; vocational training opportunities are limited.
Develop professional skills and generate income. Strengthen economic empowerment and self-confidence. improve the quality of life for women and their families.
Women will be able to generate income and meet their basic needs. Women will acquire skills and greater autonomy. Soap production will create jobs for others in the community. The project will contribute to the economic development of Rusayo.
