Since the last report, fundraising for the Train 90 Mothers in Commercial Baking & Catering project has remained a priority, but no donor funding has been received yet. The project currently has $0 raised against the total goal of $5,680, meaning 100% of the required funding remains outstanding. As a result, implementation activities that depend directly on donor financing, including the purchase of baking equipment, ingredients, training materials, starter kits, and venue arrangements, have not yet commenced.
Despite the lack of financial contributions, the project remains active and ready for implementation once sufficient funding is secured. Preparatory efforts have focused on maintaining awareness of the project and communicating its potential impact to prospective supporters. The full $5,680 is still needed to train and equip all 90 mothers and help them begin income-generating activities.
Continued fundraising is therefore essential. Every contribution will help move the project closer to implementation and enable participating mothers to acquire practical skills, business knowledge, and startup resources that can improve household income and benefit more than 450 children.
