This project is continuing providing sanitary pads to those who need them, although trainings have been put on hold due to the corona virus pandemic.
Trained women and girls in the communities have continued sewing and providing them, the challenge they fave is transportation as there is a total lock down all over the country, they can not travel to purchase the materials, neither can they take them to the market.
When the situation normalises, this project will continue running it's trainings as scheduled earlier on
Will you consider donating to this project again during this difficult time? When you support this project now, when normalcy resumes, over 50 more girls and women will be enabled to learn to make their own pads.
These girls and women will also be able to sell their pads to earn a living, Mountains of Hope Children's Ministries will also buy from them to supply to the very needy ones who will have been affected economically and cannot afford to buy.
