The “Train 250 Youths for Digital Jobs” project by Elite Star Foundation is designed to equip 250 unemployed and underserved young people in Nigeria with practical digital skills, mentorship, internet access, and career support to improve their access to employment, freelancing, and sustainable income opportunities. The project has a total funding target of $18,500, with the budget intended to support training delivery, learning materials, computer access, internet connectivity, digital tools, facilitators, mentorship, and post-training employment support. Based on the current GlobalGiving project information, $0 has been raised toward the $18,500 target, leaving the full $18,500 funding requirement outstanding. Consequently, full-scale implementation of the planned activities remains dependent on securing the necessary financial resources. The project is therefore actively seeking donor support to enable the organization to commence or expand training activities for the targeted 250 youths. Once funded, the project will focus on high-demand areas including digital marketing, graphic design, web development, virtual assistance, content creation, basic coding, and online freelancing, with additional career coaching and job-placement support. Financial contributions will directly help provide the infrastructure and resources required to turn the project objectives into measurable outcomes for young people.
