Russia continues terror activities trying to bring down energy generation abilities of Ukraine. Half of Ukraine’s electricity generation capacity was destroyed by Russian rockets since the past winter. So, the winter of 2024-2025 will be even more difficult than last winter. Millions of people in Ukraine will be without heat and electricity for extended periods of time during cold months of winter. Kharkiv and Kharkivs’ka oblast is one of the most affected areas of Ukraine.
In addition to solar panels, street lights, power banks and generators, for the third year in a row RememberUs.org is organizing and sponsoring manufacturing of wood burning stoves. Dozens of stoves will be delivered to private homes without heat, shelters and makeshift hospitals.
