I should first thank you all who contributed to the above project. This is a brief report just to update you where we are at the moment. We did not raise enough money to enable us start this project. Not even enough to cover phase 1 costs of the project which was about conducting baseline survey. This phase alone needed $10,000. The total amount we needed for the project is $60,520 but out this we only managed to raise $150 through global giving. Therefore we have not given up on the project but we need to raise some more money before we can start the project. I have therefore written to number of potential funders and I am waiting for their responses.
I will update you again once we have secured enough funds and we have started the project. The money you donated is still not touched and is being kept for the project you donated for.
Once again thank you for your donation, we appreciate very much. Continue telling others, who might be interested to fund this project, they can continue donating on the website.
