For the last weeks we have been working in the communities of Toluca, Chilpancingo, Acapulco, Merida, Queretaro, Tlalnepaltla, Hidalgo y Ciudad de México.

We opened groups that have received the course in softs skill we call Personal Initiative, and the course in hard skills called Development of Business Skills. Development. ¡We train more than 60 women!

One of the stories of success is of Mariana Torres. She and her family owns Panalli. Panalli is a Mexican company that sells honey and honey derivatives.

They have a direct relationship with beekeepers and promote fair trade. Panalli promotes a culture committed to sustainable processes to care for bees.

Mariana Torres has been able to develop strategies to raise her sales, using social networks and their website where she publishes recipes with honey and healthy tips

For the last weeks we have been working in the communities around Xochimilco on of the most damaged zones by the earthquakes of September 2017.

We opened a group of 20 women and they have received the course in softs skill we call Personal Initiative, which grants women with a critic view of life, their potential, and vision of the future as well as attitudes such as self-motivation. One of the stories of success is of Iveth Acevedo Nicolas, she owns EVE Estudio.

EVE Estudio is a social project that works with Mexican artisans designing accessories and unique garments that blend with traditional designs and contemporary design. She started working collaboratively in order to exchange knowledge to co-create the identity of Mexico. Though her own startup she seeks to close the gaps in inequality by implementing new forms of self-employment attitudes in other artisans.

Iveth has been able to develop strategies to raise her sales, using social networks. Today she has 3,216 followers on her Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/eveestudio/ and 992 followers on Instagram https: // www .instagram.com / eveestudio /.

Due to the strategy developed after the training, she has achieved a 10% increase in sales.

We hope she is a role model to other women who suffered from the earthquakes in September 2017, and inspire dem to never give up.
