We are happy to share with you some of the amazing things we have done with your help and donations. In South Africa, we were able to feed the students at a school and give them veggie boxes to take home for the break. The children and their parents were overjoyed.
In Zimbabwe, we have visited three of the 34 schools we currently support. There are over 9,000 primary school students who need food there. We provide them with e-Pap, a nutritious porridge made from maize, soy, vitamins, and minerals. But we found out that the schools are cooking with contaminated water and serving only e-Pap as a meal because of limited funds.
We want to change that. We want to bring aquaponics and/or veggie gardens to every school in the future so that these kids can enjoy fresh produce in their diet. We have seen the benefits of the veggie garden in South Africa, and we want to replicate that success.
Please join us in this mission to create healthier and happier children across Africa and Asia. A healthy child can learn faster and reach their full potential.

At a school in South Africa, we were able to feed the students and prepare veggie boxes for them to take home for the break, and the smiles on the faces of both children and their parents were outstanding.
In Zimbabwe, where there are over 9,000 primary school students in need of food, we have visited three of the 34 schools we currently support. While the feeding programme is fantastic, it has come to light that schools are cooking with contaminated water and frequently serving e-Pap as a meal due to funding restrictions. E-pap is a fantastic pre-cooked porridge made from a combination of maize, soy, vitamins, and minerals that guarantees they receive the proper amounts of these nutrients, but it is combined with this unclean water.
We want to consider bringing aquaponics and/or veggie gardens to every school in the future so that these kids get a variety of real fresh produce in their diet after seeing the results of the veggie garden in South Africa.
Together, we will keep working to build more vegetable gardens across Africa and Asia because a healthy child can learn more quickly and to their full potential.
At the end of term last year our fitst veggie garden at a school in South Africa after feeding all the children prepared veggie boxes for all the children to take home for the holiday and the smiles from the children and parents was outstanding.
At the same time I visited 3 of the 34 schools we currently support in Zimbabwe, that is over 9,000 primary school children that need food, while the feeding program is absouletly amazing it became clear that the schools are cooking and using dirty water and because of the limited funding many days provide e-pap as the meal, e-pap is a great pre-cooked porridge that is a blend of maize, soya, vitamins and minerals so it ensures they get the right vitamins and minerals but it is mixed with this dirty water.
Seeing the results of the veggie garden in South Africa we want to look at providing Aquaponics and/or veggie gardens to each school in the future so these children get a mix of real fresh produce in their diet.
A Healthy Child is able to learn quicker and to their full potential so together will continue our efforts to install more veggies gardens across Africa and Asia.
