As AI transforms law, women in law lag behind in AI adoption, competency, leadership, and in entrepreneurship. This project exists to close that gap.
In December 2025, Lady Justice Initiative through its partner Legalized Education Bangladesh launched the inaugural AI for Breakfast City Circle for Women in Dhaka. The founding session brought together a diverse community of women professionals, including lawyers, academics, entrepreneurs, and business leaders, as AI reshapes Bangladesh's legal landscape and professional environment. It was a genuine first: the inaugural AI for Breakfast Circle in South Asia and the first dedicated space for women in Dhaka to build AI fluency and peer community across the disciplines that are collectively shaping the AI era of law.
The Dhaka Circle convened again in early February 2026 in a session that focused on Bangladesh's national AI policy. Bringing together women lawyers, academics, entrepreneurs, and business leaders for AI policy analysis is exactly what this program is built to do.
AI for Breakfast working to launch circles in the United States. These will begin with a National Capital Area Circle in May 2026, bringing together women in law and related fields from across the Washington, D.C. metropolitan region. Planning is also underway for additional U.S. city locations, which we will announce shortly.
