As AI transforms law, women have historic opportunity to capture opportunity and lead the building of the legal systems, institutions, and solutions of the future. This project supports AI for Breakfast City Circles for Women in Law in local communities around the world where women in law will build leadership capabilities for the AI era, gain AI competency, build local networks, share intelligence, and access business opportunities. The first US community launched in the Washington DC area.
Women across the globe confront numerous hurdles as professionals in the legal field and in meeting their legal needs. AI transformation is creating historic opportunity to change this through supporting women's leadership of transformation individually, in their organizations, communities, and beyond. Robust engagement among women in law in AI transformation is essential to their professional success as the sector transforms and for the inclusive innovation needed for AI to benefit all
This project supports women to: 1) Accelerate AI Adoption and gain confidence and competency in leading AI adoption, policy, and governance; 2) Capture business, entrepreneurship, and leadership opportunities in local markets; 3) Build meaningful connections with peers & leaders driving AI innovation in their communities; 4) Increase visibility through thought leadership and local recognition; 5) Build community and gain a sense of belonging in AI and innovation spaces in their cities.
Women in law are powered and capacitated to lead AI transformation, build legal systems, institutions, solutions, and products for the AI era of law, capture opportunities in entrepreneurship and leadership, and build a future where women in law thrive professionally and the potential of AI to benefit humanity is maximized.
