Despite the progress made in recent years, women, girls and trans continue to suffer disadvantages and exclusion in education, self-development, and job markets. Marginalized women suffer greatly as they have been collectively disadvantaged because of their social positions. These marginalized women are systematically declined of their rights, opportunities and resources that are normally available to members of society which are the key to social integration.
Supporting community-led organizations who are fighting for justice in their own communities through small grants support allows new grassroots initiatives for marginalized women to advance their rights. Grants are flexible for organizations to respond to their communities challenges and make real change. HER Fund provides comprehensive support, to empower marginalized women and their work to achieve sustainability and impactful development on the ground.
