As a result of the valuable support of various private and governmental actors, we continue to train young people in technical areas to promote their insertion into the labor market, in this line in the framework of our project more than 20 young people from the canton of Nicoya made a tour to the facilities of BAC Credomatic in Calle Blancos, San José. The activity is part of a training process in banking services management, facilitated by Banking Coach, an organization allied to our Foundation.
During four months, the young people will have the opportunity to learn about the banking system, the work in tellers, customer service, analysis and sales.
The project links public institutions, training options and the private sector so that young people can improve their job profiles and succeed in finding and keeping a job.
Thank you for being part of these initiatives and allowing more young people to transform their lives.
