In PAN we transform lives through affection. We currently accompany Venezuelan migrant families who are in a vulnerable condition. We do this by contributing to the strengthening of families, we bring them closer to offers of institutional services and we guide them in the generation of income to meet their basic needs and their health, education, legal status and food security requirements. Be part so that more families who left their country of origin have all the opportunities in Medellin.
The families arrived in Colombia in conditions that move between urgency and need, fleeing a situation of extreme crisis in their country. Many do not have permanent or affiliated health status and live off street vendors earning less than $ 3 a day, which does not cover daily meals, which means they are food insecure. We need to raise funds to accompany 50 more families, empowering them to self-manage their life projects and thus achieve their economic autonomy.
By joining forces, we will contribute to the strengthening of the capacities of Venezuelan migrant families, weaving a suitable family environment from respect and offering pedagogical and psychosocial tools and strategies to achieve their good living and economic autonomy.
Having more resources to develop this process with the families will help us to generate self-sustainability, guarantee their continuous well-being and, above all, that they can live in dignified and adequate conditions based on their own management.
