Over the past few months, your donations have continued to make a real difference for people with disabilities in Gaza who are living through unimaginable hardship. With the $226 raised so far, we focused on the most urgent needs, providing nine families that include a person with disabilities with food baskets and hygiene kits, and purchasing a basic walking aid for one man who had lost mobility after being injured. Each visit to deliver these items was also a chance to check in on families, listen to their needs, and share information about where they can find additional help.

One of the beneficiaries, a woman in her fifties, told us that the food basket “came at the right time, when we had nothing left in the kitchen.” Another recipient who received the walking aid said he could finally move from his bed to the courtyard for the first time in months, “it made me feel alive again,” he shared. These moments remind us that even small acts of support can bring dignity and hope to those who feel forgotten.

Our team in Gaza continues to face challenges with access, high prices, and insecurity, but your generosity keeps this work going. Every dollar matters here, it means a meal, soap, a packet of medicine, or mobility for someone who has lost nearly everything. In the coming months, we plan to reach more households with essential supplies and provide emotional support to people with disabilities who are often isolated.
