Rescue junction is a 24 hour centre for homeless abandoned and lost street children. It provides shelter food, advice education and support for children in a safe and caring environment.

In Bihar in India, one of India's poorest states, there are no developed child welfare systems, and Rescue Junction reaches out to children who have been forgotten and abandoned. These children are at risk of being involved in prostitution or criminal activities and before Rescue Junction they had no one to turn to for help or assistance. Over 500 lost missing and trafficked children have been reunited with their parents since the centre opened.
