Since our last report, our psychotherapists have continued to support and guide people in crisis. Our therapeutic centre keeps growing - new specialists have joined our team and new support groups for the bereaved have been meeting in Warsaw and online. Our free of charge helpline (800 108 108) has continued to support people in crisis, while its volounteers participated in workshops focused on crisis intervention and bereavement.
We have been educating mental health specialists on the topic of grief support - our comprehensive courses about grief and a new course focused on trauma are continuing. We have created new courses as well, regarding support groups for bereaved people and perinatal loss. We have also organized multiple workshops and crisis interventions for companies and organizations in Poland and online.
Two of our psychotherapists have participated in a hospice simposium in Wrocaw where they spoke with mental health professionals and hospice workers about the experience of grief and its metaphors - the meeting was very well received.
As Easter is approaching we are planning an open meeting for people who experienced loss and want to meet with others in a similiar situation.
We have recently started a new podcast series focused on different perspectives on loss and bereavement - it will be available soon on our website and social media. We hope it will be a source of valuable insight.
We share our sincere gratitude for your continued support - thanks to your donations we are able to continue our mission.
