By Michalina Bienkowska | Therapeutic Centre Coordinator
Since our last report, our psychotherapists have continued to support and guide people in crisis - our therapeutic centre keeps growing. New support groups for the bereaved have been opened in Warsaw and online. Our free of charge helpline (800 108 108) has continued to support people in crisis. In November, a new group of volonteers have joined the helpline and are now in the process of training.
We have been educating mental health specialists on the topic of grief support - our comprehensive courses about grief and a new course focused on trauma are continuing. We have also organized multiple workshops and crisis interventions for companies in Poland and online.
Thanks to the City of Warsaw we have organised 7 free psychoeducational workshops "Wieczory Nie Sami" during which participants were able to practice art therapy, work with their bodies or learn about shame.
In November we became a patron of the conference "Empathy, dying and death" organised by the OIK.
We share our sincere gratitude for your continued support - thanks to your donations we are able to continue our mission.
