Hello Everyone,
Greetings of the day!!
My name is Kanchan,I am staying in Khora colony a retrograded area where large number of population are migrants from different states of India. I am putting up with my parents and 4 siblings. Currently I am pursuing Bachelors in Arts 2nd year through distance learning simultaneously I decided to develop some specific skills which would help me grab better job opportunity and become a helping hand to my father who is working as a security guard in a private company with not enough salary to bear the household expenses.
One of my friends connected me with Udayan Care Computer Learning Centre in Noida where I pursued Diploma in Information Technology course. 4 months intense training in MS Office with advanced excel, typing and soft skills helped me crack a job interview which was scheduled by the Udayan Care’s placement team. Today I am m working with a renowned company as a data entry operator with INR 12000 salary per month, which is equal to my father's monthly income. This job really matters to me as it makes me financially independent and help support my family.
The credit of my success goes to Udayan Care’s IT Centre team, which really worked hard on me and all other students. During my training in centre I participated in few workshops & activities which were conducted with the purpose to ensure our holistic development. I remember a session, which was conducted, by one of bankers Snehal from IDFC First Bank, who took a long hour virtual session on Communication Skills, it was structured to prepare oneself for having proper communication while facing interviews she beautifully differentiated between the written communication & verbal communication.
Our centre staff used to organize some co-curricular activities as well, I remember we had celebrated Christmas day in centre, our teachers provided us stationery & decoration stuff to prepare some handmade props to decorate the centre. One of the groups took decision to decorate a beautiful sleigh, my batchmate Neha dressed up as Santa Claus and spread message to create awareness about COVID, she distributed masks among all the students at the end of the day we all enjoyed refreshment which was organized by the center staff and sang Christmas carols.
Once I was just scrolling through my social media account, I saw a post on Udayan Care’s social media. I came to know on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Honorable Swami Vivekananda which is also celebrated as national youth day, is celebrated with utmost zeal and zest across all IT Centres. Centre staff organized various activities like: - quiz competition related to famous quote said by Swami Vivekananda, poster making etc. another post I have scrolled which was about an exposure visit recently conducted by Udayan Care’s Vinod Nagar ,East Delhi, IT Centre. 20 students who pursue Graphic & Print Design course visited a printing press named Wee – Print in Delhi to understand about the offset, digital & laser cutting works with purpose to gain the knowledge about the printing.
