Independence Day celebration

Dear all,

Greetings of the day!!!

I am Neha one of the beneficiary of Udayan Care Computer Learning Center (West Delhi). Udayan Care was introduced to me by one of my friends who has completed her Diploma in Information Technology Course (DIT) from Udayan Care's IT Center. Since my childhood, I had a keen interest to learn computer as I like typing a lot however due to financial constraint we were not able to learn a professional course but my father has always been supportive toward our studies. The time I heard about Udayan Care IT centre, it was an exciting moment for me as I will be able to pursue my dream of learning computer and I got enrolled in 6 months focused training in Diploma in Information Technology (DIT) and after the successful completion of my course I got associated with a renowned company as a Data Operator with 9000 Rs salary per month.

After joining my job, I visited the Udayan Care IT Center (West Delhi) to convey my regards and express my gratitude towards all my trainers, and placement coordinators for putting efforts to train me in enhancing my skill and helping me to secure a job in a reputed organization. Also, on the same day I decided to be a part of Udayan Care's Alumni Network as an alumna.

An organization like Udayan Care not only focuses on acquiring a student with relevant skills but also ensure to conduct various workshops and activities for the overall development of the students In Udayan Care we get proper attention from the trainers and programme staff and simultaneously they conduct regular workshops and activities for ensuring holistic development of students, while I was at the centre I heard about a workshop conducted by Abhishek, who is working with Genpact in the finance department and had earlier worked with a CA firm for a longer duration whereas he conducted a 3 hours’ session for trained Udayan Care's Tally PRO (E-Accounting) students in GST return & ITR filing, and TDS form 26Q and 27Q. Though I am not a commerce student but this workshop did help me to gain knowledge on GST return and ITR filing which would be useful in the future.

During the workshop, I met a group of students from Udayan Care's North Delhi IT Center, who had come all the way to attend this workshop. After the workshop, we all were enjoying our refreshment and having a conversation where they shared their experience of celebrating Independence Day for which they also prepared a script for the play they planned and had an amazing time performing it and was much appreciated by the audience.

Today, I am grateful to Udayan Care and their supporters for giving me an opportunity to acquire a skill and for giving us a platform to groom ourselves in professional skills that help us secure a decent job and support our family financially. I had wonderful days in Udayan Care IT centre during my 6 months course, and I am proud to be a part of Udayan Care Alumni Network through which I am contributing towards the society.
