Singapore is into another worrisome wave of Covid19 variants, dealing with the unforeseen challenges caused by the pandemic. It marks the highest number of community cases in a year and some unlinked, unidentified ones. Many of our youths are most vulnerable as their daily learning and programmes need funding. In Trybe, we are doing our best to continue to journey with youths who are marginalised and overlooked by the society. Your contribution will help them pull through this difficult time.
Mental fatigue is real. While many lament over postponement of overseas travels or no more dining in restaurants, our youths are worried for every day chores. What's in for them tomorrow? Is there a tomorrow? Many of their struggles are beyond their age and understanding, they have to deal with playing dad's or mum's role, providing food for the family, rent etc. The programmes in Trybe also need funding to support them in their developing stage. We also want to keep them safe and healthy.
Your contribution will help these marginalised youths who may have been overlooked by the society. We need it today to ensure that they are safe tomorrow, keeping as many planned programmes so that our youths will grow, maximising their full potential like any other youths. Share some hope with them, and show that the world still cares.
Unless urgent action is taken to support the young people, whose needs are often unseen, the long-term damage caused will be unimaginable. All youths are leaders of tomorrow, they bring hope, joy and harmony to the world. Your support will impact our youths, they will be grateful for the hope and joy that you have contributed. And tomorrow, they will work together to make the world a better place.
